The Blue Bay Club has three restaurants which serve seafood, Mexican dishes, and International Cuisine. A snack bar is available as well. The Theater also holds theme dinner parties weekly. There are two bars where you can hear music and enjoy tropical drinks as well as authentic Mexican drinks.

The Blue Bay also features a fully equipped fitness center, as well as a full service beauty salon. Here you can workout, get a full body massage, and pamper yourself with various health and beauty treatments. You can also make use of the beauty salon to prepare for the Cancun night life. Nightly entertainment is provided at the Resort and includes live entertainment, live music, dancing, theme parties, and theme dinner parties. Babysitting services are available.

Each of the rooms at the Blue Bay Club is tastefully decorated with bright colors that have been favored throughout Mexican history. The standard rooms offer a view of either the garden or the Ocean while the Junior Suites offer ocean views and include a seating area. All rooms feature a mini bar.
