There are so many people that put off taking cruises due to the fact that they are so afraid of becoming sea sick once they are on board. Most people do not like the thought of taking prescription medications to help relieve them from the nausea because those kinds of medications typically do tend to cause sleepiness in many people. Another helpful tip that I could give you would be, whenever you are planning your cruise, make sure that your sleep area is located in a central location because the other areas will only make you feel every little push or pull motion, along with the fact that you will be able to hear all of the loud noises that go on under the ship, which is never a good thing.
Going on cruises can be a fascinating experience for most people but going on cruises and becoming ill can be a complete and total disaster, it is really something that none of us want to deal with.
