While every year many people from all over the world visit the United States, few know the top US travel spots to see. There are dozens of them, but here we will focus on a few, selected from different states. These are by far some of the most adventurous places to be for both locals and tourists.

So, which are they? Here is a list of a few of them.

North Carolina: This is the premier US travel destination to be if you want to experience the beautiful wildlife of the Southeast United States, enjoy the clean and serene waters of the beaches, “go back in time” and revisit American history or just go sightseeing and feed your eyes on the beauty and marvel this state offers. North Carolina is home to the Outer Banks beaches that stretches over 100 miles. You can also visit Kitty Town where The Wright Brothers’ Memorial is. Other attractions include the Appalachian Mountains, an alligator wildlife refuge, an aquarium and some amusement parks to spice up your vacation here.

Georgia
: Stone Mountain Park is located just a short driving distance away from the busy Atlanta metropolis. If you are interested in having a family vacation that will leave long-lasting memories on your and your family’s minds, this may be the perfect place for you. You can play golf and tennis and let the kids enjoy any of the countless activities lined up for them, like the “Treehouse Challenge”. Or just visit the old southern town’s replica of the late 1800’s.

Pennsylvania
: The 2800-acre Nemacolin Woodlands is one of Pennsylvania’s finest and most exotic locations worth every US traveler’s time. This mountainous region boasts of an Equestrian Center, the Mystic Mountain ski resort and the Adventure Center. You can ski on any of the Mystic Mountain’s eight trails and five slopes. Or learn to ride a pony, play polo or swim in any of the Equestrian Center’s pools, whether indoors or outdoors. It is all up to you. Your US tour would be probably incomplete without a visit here.

These are not the only top US travel destination, however, they are some of the best. Whether you decide to visit the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, the marvelous and family-friendly Stone Mountain Park or the Nemacolin Woodlands of Southwest Pennsylvania, you will be in for a good treat and a great surprise. Just make sure you bring a working camera along to capture the moments and scenes that matter most to you.
