Why me? What are my family vacations?

September 8, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

I am just getting this blog and site in general going and would like to do a bit of a descriptor of why I am starting to give this infomration and why I should be doing it.

I have been married for 10 years and have two kids. My daughter is eight and my son is four. Over the last few years I have been working for a big Canadian airline (not in reservation or marketing or customer service, IT is for me) and in looking around the internet I find that there is a lot of disjointed information about family travel.

Families have much different priorities then singles or newly married couples or seniors and other retirees. The last few times that we went on vacations I had a really hard time finding any good information that is focussed on family vacations. I would like to change that by organizing all information that I can find for us families, this will be great for me and my family as well as you and yours I sure hope. [Read more…] about Why me? Cancun Vacation Packages

July 28, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

I am just getting started with a Cancun Vacation Packages website and wanted to let you know even though it is not quite ready for primetime.

Over the years I have done a fair amount of travelling with the kids and one of the places I have always been intrigued with was Cancun and more specifically the coastal area where we stayed in the Mayan Riviera.

For a family Cancun tends to be great since all of the hotels and resorts have all inclusive packages so that there is always food available for the kids and there is lots to do and see, or not, depending on your preference.

As I wrote earlier the Cancun Vacations site is launched but only has a few articles so far and I have not put any info yet on hotels, resorts or actual packages although I hope to do that soon. Check it out and tell me what you would like to see there.

Thanks, Bill
